Return Pickup

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the return pickup. After we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll conduct a thorough check. Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank, which is beyond our control. For more details, please consult your bank.

For exchanges, we will initiate a return pickup, and once the return is validated, we’ll ship out the new product immediately. Please note that exchange requests will not be accepted after the 7-day window.
