At Crowbike.in, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please initiate a return online within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not comply with our Return Policy guidelines.
We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee they are free from manufacturing defects. If you find an item to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of receipt, you can start the return process on our website or contact our customer care team.
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the return pickup. After we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll conduct a thorough check. If approved, we will notify you by email, and your refund will be processed within 15 days. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank, which is beyond our control. For more details, please consult your bank.

Please note that since cash on delivery is not an accepted payment option, we will not issue refunds in cash or through demand drafts.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You are eligible for a full refund for damaged shipments if reported within 7 days of receipt. To return a damaged item, follow the provided return instructions. Once we receive the item, we’ll assess and validate it. If approved, we’ll issue a refund for the price of the damaged item.
To report issues within 7 days of delivery, please contact our customer support at 1800-123-5462. All products must be returned in their original, unaltered, and unused condition. Please include the invoice or warranty card in the return package; returns without these will not be processed.

For exchanges, we will initiate a return pickup, and once the return is validated, we’ll ship out the new product immediately.
