Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank, which is beyond our control. For more details, please consult your bank.

If an item is returned and does not adhere to our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund. If you’re unsure about the validity of your return, feel free to contact our Customer Care team for clarification.

Please note that since cash on delivery is not an accepted payment option, we will not issue refunds in cash or through demand drafts.
