Returns Policy

At Crowbike.in, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please initiate a return online within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not comply with our Return Policy guidelines.

We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee they are free from manufacturing defects. If you find an item to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of receipt, you can start the return process on our website or contact our customer care team.

Return Pickup

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the return pickup. After we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll conduct a thorough check. If approved, we will notify you by email, and your refund will be processed within 15 days. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank, which is beyond our control. For more details, please consult your bank.

Damaged Items

Return Process

To report issues within 7 days of delivery, please contact our customer support at 1800-123-5462. All products must be returned in their original, unaltered, and unused condition. Please include the invoice or warranty card in the return package; returns without these will not be processed.

Note: Requests made after 7 days from the receipt date will not be accepted.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders anytime before delivery. Refunds will be initiated immediately, and you can expect to receive the refund back to your original payment method within 15 days.

Exchange

If you receive a different product, colour, or variant, or if your item is damaged during shipment, please report the issue via crowbike.in or contact customer support within 7 days. For exchanges, we will initiate a return pickup, and once the return is validated, we’ll ship out the new product immediately. Please note that exchange requests will not be accepted after the 7-day window.
